Quantity Surveyor/Construction Manager

About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team based out of our offices which are situated near Burton On Trent. A commercial/construction managing background would be ideal as we deliver our projects utilising a wide range of skillsets including taking responsibility for both the operational and commercial aspects of projects.

Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor/Construction Manager, you will manage the commercial resources of the assigned project to maximise planned gross profit. Assessing, reviewing and mitigating commercial and contractual risks and value work executed by sub-contractors. On smaller projects a one stop approach is adopted so responsibility for organising labour & materials would be required.
